How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Commercialcount Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How Commercialcount Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Commercialcount Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@commercialcount.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and the outcome you would like
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we review the matter. That may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Still Need Help
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to assist.
